CONNECT is the official journal of the World Federation of Critical Care Nurses (WFCCN). It is an on-line nursing journal, published four times per year and available free of charge – via this web site - to all individual members of associations who are members of WFCCN and the European Federation of Critical Care Nursing associations (EfCCNa) - reaching an estimated 120,000 critical care nurses all over the world. The Journal was launched originally as CONNECT: Critical Care Nursing in Europe, in January 2001, in association with the European Federation of Critical Care Nursing associations (EfCCNa). In 2003 it became the official journal of World Federation of Critical Care Nurses, resulting in a title change that reflected its wider readership; CONNECT: The World of Critical Care Nursing.
